device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. Once confirmed, follow these steps
to install your eSIM manually:
- Go to Settings on your Samsung device.
- Select Connections .
- Tap on SIM manager .
- Select Add eSIM .
- Choose Enter activation code and manually input your eSIM activation code.
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

How do I install an eSIM via a QR Code on my Samsung Galaxy device?
To install your eSIM via QR code on your Samsung Galaxy device, follow these
steps:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap Connections , then select SIM manager .

Your eSIM data package validity begins as soon as you activate the eSIM. The
expiration date depends on the specific data package you've purchased.
Please check your order confirmation email or account dashboard to see your
package expiration details.

How do I change my APN settings?
To change your APN settings, follow these steps:
- Open your device’s Settings .
- Navigate to Network & Internet (Android) or Cellular (iOS).
- Select Mobile Networks (Android) or Cellular Data Network (iOS).
- Tap on Access Point Names (APN) (Android) or Cellular Data Network (iOS).
- Edit or enter the provided APN settings from your eSIM provider.
- Save your changes and restart your device if required.

'Cellular Plans Cannot be Added' error
If you encounter the “Cellular Plans From This Carrier Cannot be Added”
error message:
- Make sure your device is carrier-unlocked.
- Verify that your device supports eSIM.

- Restart your device and try again. If it continues, contact customer support for assistance.

I'm experiencing the ‘Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change’ error message

I am experiencing the “PDP Authentication Failure” or similar PDP errors

I'm experiencing the “This code is no longer valid” or “This code has already been used” error

I am experiencing slow network speeds
If your eSIM connection is slow, try the following:
- Check your current signal strength; try moving to a different location.
- Verify your APN settings match the recommended configuration.
- Restart your device or switch airplane mode on and off.
- If speeds remain slow, contact support as network speeds can vary depending on your location and local coverage.

How can I remove an eSIM from my iOS device?
To remove an eSIM from your iOS device:
- Open Settings and tap Cellular (or Mobile Data) .
- Select the eSIM you want to remove.
- Tap Delete eSIM or Remove Cellular Plan .
- Confirm the removal when prompted.

How do I set a data limit on my Android device?
To set a data limit on Android:

How can I save data usage on my iOS device?
To reduce data usage on iOS:

Why don't I see 5G in the status bar on my iPhone?

What happens to the unused data after the validity period?
Unused data will expire at the end of your eSIM's validity period. Data does
not carry over, so we recommend choosing a data package that closely matches
your expected usage.

How can I check my current data usage?
To check your current data usage:
- On iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular and view usage under your eSIM.
- On Android: Navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > Data usage .

How do I know which eSIM is using data?
To identify which eSIM is using data:
- On iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular , and look for the label "Default Voice Line" and "Cellular Data" to see the active eSIM.
- On Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIM Cards , then check which SIM/eSIM is set as the default for data usage.

How do data amounts and validity periods work for eSIM packages?
eSIM packages come with fixed amounts of data and set validity periods:
- Your data amount (e.g., 3GB, 10GB) is the maximum data available for use.
- The validity period (e.g., 7, 15, or 30 days) begins from the moment your eSIM is activated.
- Unused data expires after the validity period and does not roll over.
